My DIY Natural Skincare


PLEASE READ! I am so, so, so upset! :( I worked pretty hard on this, but it didn't turn out exactly as it was supposed to. Some of my voiceovers won't play back! That's why you'll sometimes hear the volume of the background music go down. I'm going to transcribe a few interesting factoids that I shared in the video that did not get exported. I can't redo or fix it. :( I am especially sad about the ending! It was SOoo funny! I even cracked up hysterically & slapped my knees. I wish you guys could hear it. :( *sigh* -If you did not know, white tea comes from the same plant as green tea and black tea. It has 3 times more antioxidants than green tea because white tea gets plucked as buds and then immediately steamed. Being that it is the least processed of the teas...it retains the most antioxidants. -Some of you may know just how much I love alpha-hydroxy acids. I am such a believer of apple cider vinegar. It is so nutritionally rich in vitamins, minerals, and enzymes - all beneficial to the body internally and externally. -Oatmeal can also be used to treat itching or sunburned skin. I am a fan of Aveeno products which use oats as their key ingredients.
