Blackhead Home Remedy - Simple Remedies to Get Rid Off and Keep Away Blackheads

!±8± Blackhead Home Remedy - Simple Remedies to Get Rid Off and Keep Away Blackheads

It is very easy to get rid of blackheads without having to buy any expensive solutions. Just open up the pantry and chances are you have all of the necessary ingredients right at the tip of your hand!

How to get rid off blackheads?

The best and easiest way to get rid of blackheads is to steam your face for about 10 minutes, which will open up pores, and make it easier for you to remove blackheads. Then use a home made salt scrub to exfoliate and extract blackheads.

Blackhead home remedy salt scrub recipe:

1 tbsp - ground salt
1 tsp - honey
1 tbsp - lemon juice

Stir all of the ingredients in a small cup until all of the ingredients mix in together and form a sticky mixture. Apply to face and gently scrub using circular motions. For best results use it as a mask. Leave it on your face for about 10-15 minutes, then wash it off with facial soap. Not only will this remove blackheads, but it will leave your skin glowing after you are done!

How to keep away blackheads from coming back?

Blackheads are most common in people with oily skin. Taking proper care of your skin will prevent blackheads from coming back.

Make sure to cleanse your face thoroughly every day, morning and night.

First wash your face with gentle facial soap. I prefer oatmeal and honey soap I buy at Trader Joes.

Then dip cotton in witch hazel liquid and apply all over the face. Witch Hazel helps to control the oil on your skin without drying it out. You can find it at your local pharmacy store.

And finally, apply a light oil free lotion with SPF in the morning, and an oil free night cream at night. Aveeno makes very good oil free lotions. I would strongly recommend them, since they are not expensive and won't irritate your skin.

My DIY Natural Skincare

PLEASE READ! I am so, so, so upset! :( I worked pretty hard on this, but it didn't turn out exactly as it was supposed to. Some of my voiceovers won't play back! That's why you'll sometimes hear the volume of the background music go down. I'm going to transcribe a few interesting factoids that I shared in the video that did not get exported. I can't redo or fix it. :( I am especially sad about the ending! It was SOoo funny! I even cracked up hysterically & slapped my knees. I wish you guys could hear it. :( *sigh* -If you did not know, white tea comes from the same plant as green tea and black tea. It has 3 times more antioxidants than green tea because white tea gets plucked as buds and then immediately steamed. Being that it is the least processed of the teas...it retains the most antioxidants. -Some of you may know just how much I love alpha-hydroxy acids. I am such a believer of apple cider vinegar. It is so nutritionally rich in vitamins, minerals, and enzymes - all beneficial to the body internally and externally. -Oatmeal can also be used to treat itching or sunburned skin. I am a fan of Aveeno products which use oats as their key ingredients.
